The Hitachi WH10DFL Lithium-Ion Cordless 12-volt Micro Impact Driver is a very powerful tool as it supplies as much power as some 18V “cordless drills” and it is so much lighter.

  • Chuck

The Hitachi WH10DFL features a ¼ inch quick-change chuck that makes changing bits easy and responsive.

  • Torque

This device puts out a good 840″ pound of maximum torque, for tough fastening projects and applications. It also features a responsive variable speed trigger for complete control during operations. With torque as high as this, and trigger as smart as this, jobs are completed flawlessly in a speed of a fingers-snap.

  • Battery

Hitachi WH10DFL 12 Volt Peak Impact Driver is powered by a 1.5-amp-hour Lithium-Ion battery that comes with the tool when it is purchased. This battery is less weight, and is 3X the total battery life of a traditional Nicad battery. The battery lasts a long time and supplies full power for the high amount of torque this driver puts out.

  • Verdict

The  Hitachi Impact Driver is a very nice driver, small, easy to handle, and powerful enough. You might have used an 18-volt cordless tool in the past so may be a bit skeptical to purchase this 12 volt impact driver, but trust me, this tool is worth every Dollar and it is highly recommended.

Pros

  • This Hitachi 12 volt impact driver is small, very light, of a very high quality and is very fit for a woman.

Cons

  • This is a very nice driver, small, easy to handle, and powerful, but it sometimes loses the little ball bearing that holds the bit in the chuck. The bearings are a bit hard to find locally, but not expensive online. (about $10 for 10 with shipping at a few places). It still is a nice driver.
